Returns and exchanges are subject to the condition that you receive a broken or defective product or you receive a product that is different from your order.

Process of return or exchange:

  • If you come across any defective or different product then you must file a complaint to us via WhatsApp or email with photo of that product within 3 days of delivery
  • Return pickup will be arranged by us once the complaint is found to be real and genuine after satisfactory verification by our quality control team
  • We will replace product for you free of charge or issue a refund to you for the full cost of your order
  •  This refund will be initiated after the product is received in secure and original packing.

 

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.

REFUNDS WILL BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

 

1.    Real quality issues.

2.    Packages lost or damaged in transit.

3.    In case we discovers that a differrent item has been shipped to you.

 

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

 

  • Incorrect or wrong delivery address.
  • If you forgot to inform us within three days after receipt of your order.
  • Package refused by recipient. Sizing issues.
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
  • If the Product is not faulty or damaged.
